Old Rhinebeck Aerodrome Albatros D.Va
Old Rhinebeck Aerodrome is located at Rhinebeck in New York State, USA. The Old Rhinebeck was originally built but Cole Palin and flown with a 120 Mercedes engine but an so far irreplacable broken crankshaft has grounded the engine and the aircraf now flies with a 200hp Ranger engine. The sound of the Ranger motor resonating through the semi-monocoque fuselage is a deep throated growl, a truly wonderful sound. The aircraft still flies at the WWI airshows held on Sundays.
